At our fitness retreats, you will experience an active full day boot camp format featuring hiking, yoga, and fitness classes. Supporting this program is delicious spa cuisine, lifestyle education classes, and therapeutic massages.

Since 1991, we have specialized in fitness and weight loss spa vacations/holidays. Join us for a 1,2,3 or four week boot camp and kickstart your fitness and weight loss success.

At our Hiking, Fitness and Weight Loss Spa, you will be hiking in the mountains of beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Pervasive, beautiful mountains are what you will find when you visit our main lodge in British Columbia. All else that defines the region is a gift of the mountains - expansive unpopulated lakes, slender lush valleys, and brilliantly colored alpine meadows. This area compels you to head outdoors. It gives you perspective and vastness. It provides you with an opportunity to renew, recharge, and rejuvenate.

And then there’s the hiking.

Each day brings a different trail with a different terrain to challenge you. Your overall fitness is enhanced by incorporating trekking poles used extensively in Europe for improvements in posture, knee protection, and increased energy expenditure (fat burned). Hiking melts away stress and gives time to contemplate. You feel stronger and more vital. And lighter. Just look at our weight loss numbers. Our first week average total weight loss is 9.0 lbs for men and 5.7 lbs for women. That amounts to 5.7 lbs and 4.2 lbs of fat burned for the men and women respectively!

The FitPath program was designed and is supported by a Registered Dietitian, Kinesiologist, Certified Yoga instructors and massage therapists, and professional Guides and Lifestyle Coach. We are so much more than a fat farm.
