Welcome to British Columbia, home of our four season Lodge. This part of Canada conjures images of majestic mountain ranges, rushing rivers, and vast pristine areas of wilderness. It is called Super Natural for good reason.

Nestled in a mountain range west of the Canadian Rockies called the Kootenays, and east of the town of Nelson, Mountain Trek is located on a mountainside overlooking the impressive Kootenay Lake. This 14-room retreat is surrounded by 34 acres of trees, flowers, peace and privacy.

Adjoining the main Lodge is our yoga studio offering views of the early morning sun and the lake. Our gym facility is equipped with cardio, weight training machines and free weights. New in 2009, is our tranquil spa area.

Enjoy a steam or infrared sauna after a long soak in the hot tub, or relax and enjoy a tea while waiting for your well deserved massage.

Our eight month program begins in April and runs until the end of October. Experience the FitPath program at Mountain Trek during the spring, summer or fall for a life changing adventure. For a winter experience and some great snowshoeing, check out our winter program offered in January.
